City Skylines is a city simulation tool, and in Silveretes hands its also a city planning tool. He likes the idea of a planned city in the dessert, but unlike Dubai and other similar cities he is going for a homey and practical city plan rather than a extravagant rich city.
Amar City is a built like a European Planner got the chance to design it. In a sense this is true, since Siveret is himself European. The design is fresh and new for builders in city Skylines.
